The Toastmaster Leadership Institute takes Club Officer Training to a whole new level. Using the TLI format for officer
training allows greater freedom and flexibility while training and gives participants much more in return. Yet repeatedly,
I hear that Divisions are resistent to using the TLI format for Officer Training. Why?
It's recommeded by Toastmasters World Headquarters and our International Directors. It's proven and it
works! It's also the easiest way to set up your training! I've done both and was a staunch believer of 'why change' until
I discovered for myself the benefits of the TLI.
You can expand or shrink the program to fit your venue and attendance. I've seen it held at a public library, a
large facility with separate conference rooms for each session, and one of the most successful - was held in someones
home! You can set up a TLI anywhere! Members love it! I've included two sample programs here.
